I coach a range of classes throughout the week. You can pick and choose which sessions suit your needs, or do a few of them! I have over ten years’ experience taking group exercise classes, and they are always fun and varied!

MONDAY

STONGHOLD GYM

Core stability, balance and coordination, with strength and conditioning exercises. Mixed ability. Pre and post natal modifications available.

TUESDAY
CIRCUIT TRAINING
6:00pm
(beginner to intermediate)

COST: £6:00

BALCARRAS SCHOOL

Full body workout with a combination of strength and cardiovascular movements. Suitable for young people, with pre and post natal modifications available too. Great playlists too!

THURSDAY
HIIT (ONLINE)
12:00-1:00pm

COST: £4:00

ONLINE VIA ZOOM

High intensity interval training. Short, high intensity body weight workouts to raise your heart rate aNd work your whole body. Mixed ability with modifications available for every fitness level.

SATURDAY
RUN FIT
9:00-10:00am

CHARLTON KINGS JUNIOR SCHOOL

A run specific class aimed at increasing running strength and stamina, and preventing running injuries. However this class will give you a great whole body workout even if you don’t run! Mixed ability with modifications available for all fitness levels. Young people and families welcome.
